We work closely with our shipping partners to ensure your order arrives on time. If you have any questions or concerns, we’re here to help—just reach out to us!

To provide fast shipping across North America, we ship from various warehouses in the US.

Shipping times

Please allow for the following ‘’all-in’’ delivery times.*

  • United States: 7–13 days
  • Canada: 11–13 days
  • Alaska: 11–16 days
  • Hawaii: 11–22 days

*These delivery times are measured in calendar days, including weekends (but excluding holidays). Processing time is already included.

 

Shipping options

We offer a variety of shipping options through USPS, UPS, FedEx, and Canada Post:

  • Insured Shipping: $1.95 (available in the cart)

Every order comes with a tracking number. Standard tracked shipping is currently free. Insured shipping provides protection for your order against theft, loss, and damage up to $500 USD.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 days before shipping out. Please note that we don’t ship on weekends or national holidays.

Tracking information

As soon as your items are shipped, you’ll receive an automatic notification via email or text with your tracking number. You can easily check the status of your order by clicking the link provided in the message. If you haven’t received your tracking number within 3 to 5 days, or if the link isn’t working, please let us know—we’re happy to assist!

Wrong address

If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to correct the address. If the error was due to our mistake, we’ll take full responsibility and resend your order at no extra cost.

Unexpected delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control. If your package hasn’t arrived within 30 business days, we’ll be happy to issue a refund. Please contact us if your delivery is delayed, and we’ll work with you to find a solution that fits your needs.
