Our Lumbara Decompression Belt is the official decompression belt on the market. It is made with the highest quality standards and materials. Sometimes, factory errors or damage in transport can result in a faulty product. If your order arrives defective or damaged—or if you need to cancel your order—please don’t hesitate to contact our friendly support team at support@lumbara-official.com.

Your satisfaction means everything to us. That’s why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders, starting from the day you receive your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied during this timeframe, we’ll gladly replace your order or provide a full refund, including free shipping if applicable. To keep our guarantee fair for everyone, we kindly ask that you return the product to us.

Refunds & replacements

If your product arrives damaged or breaks within the 30-day return period, we’re here to make it right. We’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund right away, and there’s no need to send back a broken unit.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please clearly describe the problem with your product. If it can’t be fixed, we’ll happily send you a replacement or issue a refund.

For faster service, you can send us a short video showing us the issue. Once we confirm the problem, you can choose between a replacement or a refund. Replacement items will include a tracking number, and refunds may take 2 to 7 business days to appear in your account. You’ll receive a notification as soon as your refund is processed. Refunds cover the full order amount, minus any shipping fees.

Canceled orders

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, we can arrange a refund once you've returned the product to us. Please reach out to us for return instructions before sending back any items.

Please note: Refusing delivery doesn’t automatically cancel your order. If you refuse delivery, we may not be able to process your return since our fulfillment warehouse doesn’t accept returned packages. This could result in the package being lost in the mail. If you decide you no longer want your item, please contact us instead.
